How soon will I get my goods?

We ship our goods almost immediately. We use SingPost for both local and international deliveries. For local delivery, it may take about 2 to 5 working days. For countries within Southeast Asia, the expected delivery time is about 7 days.

Free Local Delivery

We engage SingPost for all Free deliveries within Singapore (except for restricted areas) You can expect to receive your goods within 2 to 5 working days.

Same Day Delivery

For a nominal fee, you may request for same-day delivery to a location of your choice within Singapore (except for restricted areas and Jurong Island). Please contact us at 9644 2654 for this option.

Next Day Local Delivery

International Shipping

Free delivery via SingPost registered parcel for orders SGD200 and above. Otherwise, SGD15 delivery charge is applicable. International customers are responsible for all local taxes.

Customs & Country Regulations

Do check your country's import policies and regulations before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs will not be refunded.

Customs Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on this matter, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Product Order Confirmation Email

Returns

I have received a damaged product

We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in good shape. Products are checked for any damage, and order accuracy is verified before they are packed and shipped. In the unlikelihood of a damaged product received, please: 1. Contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the product 2. Write to us via email to AskMyGaia@gmail.com 3. Include some snap shots of the damaged product 4. Include your order number so that we can response to you. 5. For overseas customers, please write in to us at AskMyGaia@gmail.com

Can I make a product exchange if I change my mind?

For the protection of all customers, as well as for reason of product safety and integrity, we do not allow any exchange once a product has been shipped.
